Chai takes me back to the lazy weekend mornings where I am woken up by my mom making some kadak (strong) chai. My mom would always add extra ginger to our chai and to this day, my mom’s cup of chai is my favorite. Chai is personal - every sip and smell ushers in a feeling of nostalgia.

 
My nani (grandma) has been making chai masala for our family for as long as she can remember and her handwritten recipe in her worn out recipe notebook is precious to us. To be honest, she can probably make this in her sleep and it is too good not to share it with the world. Hence ZSpice was born.
